Following Sid's Heart Transplant in 2004 we have run an annual charity day supporting transplant related charities. This year's event will be held on the 1st October 2022. To win the golf competition a current CDH number will be required, Pins and Most accurate drive are open to all players.
Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant Association
Provide information and support for Transplant patients and their families.
Provide funding and equipment to support the Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant unit.
The Donor Family Network
Provide support and information for the families of organ donors.
Hold an annual remembrance service for loved ones of Organ Donors
The Children's Heart Surgery Fund
Provide support for families of Babies and young people with heart defects requiring surgery.
Provide funding and equipment for the Childrens Heart Surgery Unit at Leeds General Infirmary.
Transplant Sport UK
The foremost charity helping promote a healthy lifestyle post transplant.
Organise the Transplant Games annually for transplant recipients including a Donor walk for live donors and families of donors.
